Open Windows Defender Firewall.

Select “Advanced settings”.

Click Inbound Rules.

Select the “General” tab and add a meaningful name to the rule.

Select the “Protocols and Ports” tab and add the port number you used to register the websites on IIS.

Repeat the same for Outbound Rules.
