Overall Grade Fail
The following instructions are to retrieve the system log and rotated system when an “Overall Grade Fail” occurs.
These files will help identify the root cause of the issue.
- Open ODV web page by typing IP address of ODV.
- Click on the "Diagnostics" tab to the left.
- Click on the "System Logs" on the top bar.
- Go to scrollbar on the far right of the page and scroll down. Make sure you go to the scrollbar on the far right in order to skip past the contents of the file that are displayed below the top bar, rather than going through all of the contents of the file.
- Right click on the link toward the bottom of the web page that shows "Active Sys Log".
- Select "Save Link As". Choose a filename to save in the file window. Click "Save".
- Right click on the link toward the bottom of the webpage that shows "Rotated Sys Log".
- Select "Save Link As". Choose a filename to save in the file window. Click "Save".
